By downloading, installing, or using BetterAlarms ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BetterAlarms is an alarm clock application for iOS and iPadOS that allows users to create, manage, and customize recurring alarms with the ability to skip specific dates.

3. Use of the App

You may use BetterAlarms for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

BetterAlarms is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that alarms will fire at the exact scheduled time, as alarm delivery depends on iOS system behavior and device settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lex Bryan shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to missed alarms or any consequences thereof.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
